A VISITOR FROM CANADA FOR THE EXCELLENCE OF BEPPINO OCCELLI
We received a welcome visit from one of our most loyal customers from Canada, accompanied by Cathy, an expert cheese connoisseur, who was able to appreciate the most important qualities of the Beppino Occelli Dairy Company: the philosophy of enhancing the region, the outstanding raw materials and, above all, the craftsmanship that distinguishes much of the processing.
The visitors were fascinated by Valcasotto cheese, the origins of which date back to the House of Savoy, and by the special Beppino Occelli cheeses, left to age at length and then ripened in the cellars of the Cheese Hamlet.
