U.S.A. TV HAS SELECTED BEPPINO OCCELLI AS ITALIAN EXCELLENCE
The famous TV presenter Mary Ann Esposito was invited to Valcasotto to select products to recommend to the audience of her highly popular show: CIAO ITALIA.
Mary Ann Esposito is the creator and host of the PBS series, “Ciao Italia” which is followed nationally and internationally. This year the series celebrates its 24th year, making it America’s longest-running cookery show. She is also the author of 12 cookbooks.
The famous presenter was hosted by Beppino Occelli in Valcasotto, where she chose the products to offer to her audience in an episode of “Ciao Italia” dedicated to Italian excellence.
The day began with a visit to the cheese-aging cellars where Mary Ann Esposito was given an insight into the characteristics and peculiarities of each Occelli-branded Cheese and where she was able to thoroughly understand the differences with industrial production. To complete her experience she lunched at the Inn and tasted raw Occelli Butter, Paja, Losa and the Occelli specialities: with Barolo wine and with Fruit.
The episode was then concluded in the kitchen, where Mary Ann used the Occelli butter and cheeses she herself had selected to prepare the super recipes that we’ll have the pleasure to see on her American show next year!
